bird filled gardens free transfer fresh food limited view slow service beach pollution

The gardens reminded me of a true bird sanctuary, so lush and beautiful. the staff helped organize a free ferry transfer, a lovely gesture. the food was fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed most meals at the restaurant.

I rarely write reviews, but the ocean views from our suite were not as described. It was more like a glimpse through the trees.

some concerns about service

slow dinner uninterested staff

i found some issues . the dinner service was very slow. it often reminded me of it took a long time to get the food. staff members sometimes seemed uninterested. it was often hard to get their attention, and they rarely made eye contact. i also noticed a lot of plastic water bottles were available. i thought there was a commitment to environmental sustainability.

fine grounds coconut trees delicious food

The resort grounds are fine. Our room gave me a gorgeous view of coconut trees and the sea. the houses have privacy because they are spread out and each offers a beautiful view. food was delicious!!! there were three places to eat, the main restaurant, a beach bar, and a cafe.
